Ask us anything before you enrol
No question is too small, and the awkward ones are usually the useful ones. We are not Capella's enrolment team and nobody here is paid when you enrol, so there is nothing you can ask that we need to steer you away from.
What people actually write in
These are the four that come up most, and all four are answerable quickly.
- "How many of my credits will transfer?" The most valuable question you can ask, and the one that changes your timeline and total more than anything else.
- "Is my specialisation going to have a preceptor problem in my state?" Answerable, usually within a day, and it should shape which school you pick rather than surface in year two.
- "Which format should I choose?" Ten minutes with someone who knows both systems and has no reason to prefer either.
- "Should I be looking at Capella at all?" Genuinely fine to ask us. Sometimes the answer is no.
What we will not do
Put you into a sequence. Pass you to a sales desk. Chase you. You get an answer, and if it is not useful that is where it ends.
We also will not pretend to be Capella. If your question is about your existing account, your bill or your transcript, Capella's own support is the right place and we will say so rather than guess.
